Looking for paper for a father's day card I came across this polka dots paper and remembered Cas-ual Fridays had a challenge using polka dots and the sketch from Retro would look good in this paper. I created the flowers with the 1/2" circle punch, keeping with the polka dots theme. I also used a 1" circle punch to make the vase. Enjoy!
